This stuff Denon DHT-391XP 5.1 Channel Home Theater System with HDMI 1.4a connectivity and 650-Watt Total System Power (Black)

I was deciding between Onkyo HT-S3300, Yamaha YHT-393BL, and Denon DHT-391XP. I went with Denon. What strikes me is the size of the speakers. They are big! The surround speakers are larger than Yamaha's and Onkyo's fronts, while the front, center and the sub are really big for an entry level system. And unlike Yamaha and Onkyo, Denon's speakers are wooden, though we're not talking hardwood here. Size of speakers was probably the one thing that Denon had as a clear advantage and eventually swayed my opinion, given that everyone was complaining about the mediocrity of Yamaha and Onkyo speakers. I gathered that the receivers are quite comparable and just didn't like the miniscule size of Onkyo and (especially) Yamaha ... That's a lot of bang for the buck! Enough to please any value orientated movie and music enthusiast.
