The Denon DVD-5910CI is one serious hardcore audiophile SACD/DVD-A/CD machine. It better be for $3,800! The sound quality is excellent.It has the best DACs in the business - the flagship Burr-Brown PCM-1792 (DSD Discrete). The PCM-1796, which is featured in the Denon AVP-A1HDCI, Denon AVR-5308CI, Yamaha Z11, & Onkyo 905, is actually the second-in-line model. The PCM-1792 is the top-of-the line. The thing about MOST SACD machines is that they don't have the DISCRETE DSD-to-Analog conversion. Most SACD players have to convert DSD to PCM first, and then convert to Analog.
